Here at MK1 we believe that people need help choosing a fitness regimen that is right for their body. We will help you understand your body type and your body challenges using a 4 category assessment. We look at your overall container or overall muscle tone—hard – soft – wet. We look at your structure and see how balanced you look. We look at your range of motion. And lastly, we look at areas where your muscles feel too tight or dense. All of these categories can be affected by fitness so you must choose your fitness carefully. We can also help you choose a healthy eating plan if you need help with that.
